It seems like all the TOWIE girls have been on a summer bootcamp to shed the pounds lately. Just as Lucy Mecklenburgh shared photos of her new streamlined body, Sam Faiers has taken to Twitter to show off her weight loss as well.

The 22-year-old boutique owner revealed to her followers that she has been excitedly counting down till her holiday Ibiza whilst flaunting her beach-ready body in an accompanying photo.

Tweeting an image of herself in a skimpy white crop top and equally tiny black bottoms, the reality star exhibited a tiny waist and toned tummy as she proudly revealed the image had had no filter: "Getting excited trying on bits for Ibiza!! #cateyes #holiday #Selfie #nofilter."

A girly holiday is probably just what the the TV star needs after splitting with her fiancé Joey Essex last month. Fellow TOWIE star Chloe Sims revealed that the break up had been taxing on everybody, not just Sam and Joey.

"Honestly their split was awful for everybody. Obviously it was worse for Sam and Joey as it's their relationship and it's all going on in public. It's a show, but they film everything, so it was really draining. But he is happy and Sam seems happy, so it's all good," she told Heatworld.

While Sam recently let off some steam after photos of her ex canoodling with a woman in the Yahoo! VIP section at the Wireless Festival last week surfaced. Taking to Twitter she was quick to reveal that the lady in question smooching with Joey was someone she has known since the age of seven.

"Known this girl since I was 7, just shows u..." She later retweeted a post which read: "Dogs have no morals..."
