KUSA -They started with free workouts around Wash Park, then decided to move to Red Rocks for a day of free fitness. 4,000 people showed up the first year, 7,000 last year and this Saturday the 3rd annual Fitness on the Rocks is expecting a crowd of 10,000. Founded by Alex Chapman and his wife Hong, Fitness on the Rocks (FOTR) has grown to be a must attend event in Denver. It continues to be offered as a free event with numerous types of fitness like total body workout, yoga on the rocks, a stair run benefiting Team Challenge and more. "This year our goal is to have 10,000 participants of all ages, shapes and sizes participating in Fitness on the Rocks," says Alex. "We had a vision of creating an event that caters to people that want to try something new, something fun and our hopes is that this may just be the workout that changes your life!"
